Help With Age And Seal On Blanc De Chine Statue

It is about 20" tall. The upper back is marked with a seal in a square but it is not raised or inscribed but smooth underglazed, white on white ground and because it is too glossy it is hard to take a picture of it. I tried to draw with red over it but don't know if I did a good job.
The hands are removable but they are pretty badly broken so someone masked them with a decorative hand fan.
Any help with the age and the seal will be welcomed.
