Qianlong Nian Zhi stamp. is this vase worth much ?

The vase has the four character Qianlong Nian Zhi mark. It also has an irradescence to it and also has a few small rust spots. Any info would be great. I would like to know if it should be insured or sold to help our household. When held up to the light i can see my hands shadow so I know its really thin.
