Unusual 9.5" Lavender Flambe' Bottle Vase

I found this piece about a year ago. Got plenty of compliments about how beautiful it was when I posted it on Collector's Weekly. I've never been certain about it's origin or age. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

This base and colors are nothing traditional Chinese, only the shape is.
In addition, according to the Chinese definition this would not be flambe. The latter usually shows either red streaks in blue or vice versa. The literal meaning of the Chinese is a "glazed that changed in the kiln". Flambe vases use predominantly the above colors and the glaze color changes partially while in the kiln. The result of the firing of such a glaze cannot be controlled.

Thank you Peter. I had a suspicion that it might be something other than Chinese, either European or another Asian country. The rim at the top has a thin brown edge of glaze which I had seen on other flambe pieces. Well, that's half the mystery solved. Thanks again. -Mike-
