Cizhou or Swatow Plate?

Hello friends!

Could you please tell me the following, which style & time is the question of this Plate> Cizhou or Swatow or????

This plate is elapsed since it was under the sand for a few centuries.

I think most if not all Swatow has sand adhered to the base or foot of the piece. Beyond that, I cannot tell you much more. It is quite rough to the touch.

Later Zhangzhou (Swatow) and some individual items do not show kiln sand. But I am not sure what this is. If it is thickly potted it could be Zhangzhou, but I would keep in mind that the Japanese also were (and still are) making red/green wares. It is just the foot rim...
