Very old bowl. Chinese?

Hi: I found another very old bowl at a garage sale.  I was actually running by and I spotted it from a distance. I was not sure if it is Chinese but since it only cost $1.99 Canadian dollars, I could not go wrong...even though our dollar is horrible at the moment.  The pictures do not do it justice.  The glaze on the back of the bowl looks like tiny hairs running down and it thickens around the rim.  I am wondering if it is a celadon glaze and whether it is Chinese, Japanese or Korean?  It has everything an old bowl should have. Thanks!
