Please Help Identify this Vase ~ Signed

This vase was my Great Aunts.  She died in the 1980s.  I love the vase but can't find out anything about it.  It is about 4" tall and 2.5" in diameter. 

AS you can see, it has a cream field with diamond patterning in the form with subtle blue and gold detailing...seems to be signed.

These photos are way to small to see any detail or the mark, but from what I see it dose not look Chinese.
