Pair of blue white Kangxi vases...question

Hi everyone. Just acquired this wonderful pair of vases, and I wanted to know if they were actaully from kangxi period. All hand painted. Could you comment on the quality of the vases as well? Thanks everyone

The foot rim is too white, the double ring too perfect.
The painted decoration looks more like 19th century or later. 
But it is difficult to tell without more and before closer pictures.
