Early or late republic red bowl with flowers

paid 85 usd I'm hoping its early still a nice piece and I'm happy with it

There is a small chip in the glaze looks like happend while fireing does that effect the piece ?

Nice bowl, I think I would have bought it my self for that price, could you send a closer picture of the foot rim and a close up of the mark also a picture of the inside of the bowl thanks.

Thanks Ken for the additional pictures, this looks good to me, weather it is mark and period is beyond my expertise, I think a hands on inspection is needed on this though, by a qualified expert, if it is mark and period it would be worth a lot of money, lets see what Peter says.

Floral decoration on coral red background.
I agree with Stan. It could be Qing dynasty, but normally I would attribute this type of decoration, the coral red ground and green base rather to the Tongzhi to Guangxu reign.
The green base was first used in the Qianlong reign, I believe, but the earlier on it was a lighter bluish green. This green tone is better known for its use in the Tongzhi reign. That is also about the time the coral red background became more popular.
