Set Blue Plates

Sorry for the pictures but the place was closed and I had to shoot through the window.
Late Qing/Republic? Good pieces or nothing special?

The overall impression is that these plates are Japanese, perhaps Arita. The bottom blue ring inside and along the foot rim seem to confirm this.

Of course I should have noticed the blue rings. Are they strickly met only on Japanese pieces?

Japanese plates often have rings near the foot rim, while this is not that common. The inner ring of marks in Chinese porcelain is not that wide, normally.

A four character Chinese mark is not that common on Japanese porcelain as well, this is a first for me, the foot rim puts it some where in the 20th century, I  would think maybe 2nd half.
