Help ID Four Character Marks

Hi guys,
please help me ID this lovely old tea pot. It has a four character marking to the base which is encircled in green. There is also another mark scratched next to it which is repeated to the base of the lid as well.

This is a modern tea pot, not more than a couple of decades I think.
