Very old cloisonn? dish yellow design

Hey guys

Picked this up the other day and was curious about its age. It isn't marked "China", so does this mean it predates the late 19th century? Also realized that the design seems to be an original of many modern reproductions of the same design. Would love any feedback. Thanks.

Hi Garrett, my knowledge of cloisonn? is limited, but I know that the 19th century would have pitting in the enamels and it is a lot thicker than the later cloisonn?, where the material that is used to fill the wire is damaged it looks to thin to be 19th century in my opinion.

This seems to be enamel on copper or brass  base . The enamel is different too, although porcelain enamels were developed based on this type in the early Qing dynasty.

The enamel is filled into the metal wire decoration here. There is another type where there are no wires, like with porcelain.
