Subtle Hand Painted vase with signature

Can you tell me anything about this vase.    I doubt if  it old but it very pretty and hand painted.  Looks to be a quality piece.    I think it is Japanese but that is merely based on the design.

This is Japanese, not sure of the name possibly I Man Ri, 2nd half of the 20th century, by the looks of the foot and decoration.
