Chinese Porcelain Statues

I have two Chinese porcelain statues. They are 18" tall. I wiped one down for the photos, but it needs a cleaning. Anyone know the story behind this figure?

This one has the name of the "Yongzheng" emperor. The bottom mark contains fancy characters I cannot read. The weaving pattern of the cloth is different from what is normally seen on republic wares.

Thank you. Do you mean by fabric the pattern on the bottom of the base? I have one other similar statue I'll post here after I clean him up a bit. He also looks quite stately.

The normal fabric pattern is a simple pattern of horizontal and vertical threads of the cloth placed under the figures; here threed threads seem to be together in the vertica thread lines. I do not know if this is relevant, I just never saw it. But either way the item is at least mid-20th century or later, I think.
