Hello, Peter,
here comes my next issue.
I  purchased this dish a few years ago ( it was also cheap- I`m just looking for pretty things. which are not expensive).
Can you tell me, whether the dish has been made for export or for china?  And what do you think, how old it is?
Many thanks

Some closeup (partial) pictures of the decoration would help. The decoration type and painting style can only be seen this way.

Here comes more pictures of the dish.

This type of decoration existed already in the early 19th century, however two factors make me thing it is late Qing dynasty to republic period.
One is the fact that all painted items are outlined in black, a practice which is commonly associated with the 20th century, the second is the shape of the plate. Usually the outer rim is not upturned but straight. The shape makes it appear at least early 20th century, I think.
