10 inch vase

Hi Folks, could you please help this beginner ID this vase, 10 inches tall. It looks in fine condition but the base looks older with what looks to me a "Artemisia leaf, in a double circle, underglaze blue." It has to be at least 50years old as it has been in the family as long as I can remember.
