Is the Kangxi artemisia leaf imprinted as opposed to a blue underglaze stamp?

Hi,

I picked up a small vase not to long ago that I believe to be Chinese. It is a blue and white crackle glaze with two solid dark brown lines. One is running around top and the second is around the bottom. The top has lotus carvings and the bottom has scrolls. You can tell the carvings were done by hand. The blue theme depicts trees, deer and a crane. It looks old and is much heavier than it appears to be. The bottom is imprinted with a kangxi artemisia leaf. 6" H & 17" diameter.

I have two questions:

1) Is this vase Chinese, reproduction or something entirely different?
2) If it is Chinese was the Kangxi artemisia leaf ever imprinted as opposed to a blue under glazed stamp

Thank you in advance your help!
